Talk of LifeTime-Click Here

You talk about everything, but there’s one conversation you probably haven’t had: it’s time to have the talk about how you want to be remembered.

Grief Counseling

GRIEF COUNSELING

Knowing that one’s grief doesn’t end at the conclusion of the service, but continues with varying degrees of pain. Some counselors call this “grief work”, as it truly is work to come to accept the loss of a loved one and to fit a changed life pattern into one’s daily routine.

As a part of our After Care Services, The Journeying Through Grief books describe the issues and feelings that people tend to encounter at various points during their grief work and offers suggestions on how to handle them.

People often find it reassuring to know that what they’re experiencing is really quite normal for someone who is grieving. Over the course of the year, our families will receive a series of four books addressing the grief process during its different stages.

For family members who may need additional counseling we have a relationship with a certified grief counselor who will provide the initial consultation at no charge.
