Condolence From: Joe and Carol Pierce
Condolence: Before I retired from the USAF and moved back to BBH, one of the things we enjoyed the most was running over to Earls studio. Yes, we did but a fair amount of his beautiful artworks, but we enjoyed just talking to he and his wife. Looking at his ship models was worth many a trip in itself, and viewing the many water colors he did whilst on his 3 year European trip is something we cwill never forget. rest in peace, Earle.

Condolence: The world has lost another wonderful and talented person. I am so grateful to have had Earle as my Uncle and have had him in my life. I will always remember as a child looking forward to seeing Earle and Helen on Saturday nights in their beautiful square dancing clothes. They looked like a prince and a princess to me. I will always remember him everytime I look at his incredible paintings on the wall. So incredibly talented! I just wish I had purchased more.

Condolence: I am saddened to see the notice of Earl's death. I only met Earl several times through my mother's friendship with Earl. Once we visited Earl at his home in East Boothbay. I will always remember the model ship he was working on and I relate Earl's skill in building such a model to anyone that will listen. It was amazing. But the greatest reminder of Earl are the prints that hang in my living room. One of East Boothbay and one of Boothbay Harbor, both in the early 1900's I only wish that I had bought more. His skill at painting these pictures brought to life a man who was truly a talented person.Earl will be missed by a community that he brought much to.

Condolence From: Mr. and Mrs. George Richardson
Condolence: WE enjoyed looking at his paintings many times. My family owns a cottage at Ocean Point next to the Wilson Chapel. Also we like to square dance. We started dancing after a free demo night one Sat when we were at the cottage. The club who put on the demo was the Sage Swingers from Brunswick and we met members a few times at the New England Conventions. We are sorry to hear of Mr. Barlow's passing.
