Dear Laura, Jayne, Jennifer and Scott - We are all sending you are love, and our deepest sympathies. We are sure Ken is now at peace, and we are hoping you all are as well.
Love to you all.
So many wonderful family memories but, my most profound would be a visit by myself, as an adult. He, aunt Laura, Nana,Jennifer and Jamison were at the house with me. Uncle Ken stuck out his foot and tripped their little grandson Jamison. While Uncle Ken let out that wonderful laugh of his. Jamison jumped up and let him know just how he felt about the situation then, I stood up looking at Uncle Ken and in a louder voice than my usual, said, " you really do love me! YOU love ME! " You see, all my young life, I was the one getting tripped! I always knew he loved me, as I loved him but, what better confirmation ! I will forever hear his laugh in my mind and smile. I love you, Uncle Ken, and this wonderful family bond together with such lovely, fun memories.
Ken led an illustrious and remarkable life whose good deeds were felt by many. "For every joy that passes, something beautiful remains". May good memories of him and God's blessings bring his family peace.
