Pat: The news of Lewis' passing has left me in shock. Lewis was another son to my parents who thought the world of him. We all enjoyed his jokes, laugh and general enjoyment of life. He really was like another member of this family. I will certainly miss him. A part of my life has left me. I really regret we will not be in town to be at his service, for that I'm really very sorry. Please accept our condolences. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to be of help.
