Message: Dear Sandy, Laura and John, We are so sorry to hear that John has checked out. Your stays at our resort and John's participation on the board were always fun and productive times. His terms as an Overseer at the Hanover Inn kept the old traditions alive. John WAS the class of 1954 at Dartmouth to many of us as he was the driving force of so many class functions and reunions His gracious hospitality set an example for all of us in the Lodging industry. We miss him and appreciate his friendship and great advise on some of our trips, long before trip advisor existed.

Message: Rest in Peace, John. You left a mark on the Dartmouth Club of Maine and we will remember you fondly as we grill those burgers and send each new class to Hanover. You will be missed.

From your longtime hosting at Cumberland Club luncheons to your custom sautéed onions and perfectly cooked burgers at incoming student picnics, you helped to welcome and guide many members of the Dartmouth family.
